1.蒜头拍扁去衣,生姜切片。

2.排骨冷水下锅加入料酒焯烫出血水后捞出洗净。

3.鹿茸菇用清水洗净浸泡一下。

4.砂锅热油炒香姜片和蒜头。

5.放入排骨翻炒。

6.加入适量生抽,蚝油,盐。

7.加入适量的清水,大火煮开后转小火煲1小时。

8.1小时后汤汁变少,肉也差不多软烂。
